Travel lights me up. There’s a thrill in stepping off the plane, passport in hand, and walking into a new place where the air smells different and the possibilities feel wide open. I’m not just here for the sights, I’m here for the first bite. One day it’s a delicate tomato consommé infused with herbs I’ve never heard of. Another, it’s sea urchin scooped fresh from the shell or a vibrant vegan tasting menu that reimagines every vegetable on the plate.

I seek out the best restaurants in the world, and also the hidden kitchens doing something bold with tofu, jackfruit, or a single piece of grilled fish. I follow the trail to independent wineries, farmers’ markets, and bars where the cocktail menu reads like a poem. Every destination deepens how I experience food, drink, and the people who shape it. This is how I explore the world: one border, one bottle, one unforgettable meal at a time.
